The strategy is pretty bland, but it has a nice twist. When looking at the battle board from your opponent’s view, they will find it easier to lean their offensive to the left (theirs). And that is because as soon as the match begins, you want to infect BOTH Drazzs (or what ever the plural term for Drazz is, Drazzi maybe) with Tabaal’s ability. So, if your opponent leans to their right, they hit a brick wall of offense, but if they lean left, they see that Tabaal, will be forced to battle, which is good. Load a Tabaal with max courage and as high an energy as you can find, and throw Tabaal out there, if you can get off some lucky shots, you can defeat a creature, but that’s not the point of him. He’s a kamikaze, the only thing that makes him worth throwing into battle is that carapace, because he’ll infect a creature, and then die, giving Illexia a counter, then when you destroy that creature, she gains another. Then the mugic, well pretty obvious, but I want to explain that song of the mandiblor, if you need to boost courage for a finisher, or need to boost your stats long enough to stop a power, wisdom, speed etc. power house from killing you on those challenges than it’s the best way to go. As for the Rhyme of the reckless, try it, it really works, I’ve taken out so many creatures that killed mine, that it makes it worth trying out. And one last note, The Phalanx location, is there to limit some damage from an enemy creature.
So at the end, what do you guys think, other than being kind of lazy and not revamping the attack deck… But if you guys find a better attack set up let me know, I haven’t changed this attack deck since I started playing a danian stack… And as for the spinn armies, I need some more time to twist a couple arms so I can publish the armies, but if I find time down the week I publish mine. And I’m not making any promises, but there might be an astrnomical chance for me to publish it today, but again no promises. On a final note, Welcome back Koi and Electricgod, nice to see you guys back on the circuit. Just a question though, how bad is it jumping back in, because I am looking at taking a break from the game play and work on my formulas for army building.
- 2 Oipont’s Lookout
+ 2 The Storm Tunnel Flooding (Water 5, +10 energy to air)
- Gear Grind
- Squeeze Play
- 2 Fear Projection
- Terror-Fying Tackle
- Evaporize
+ 2 Invader’s Tactics (10 water damage and +5 if you don’t control the location)
+ 2 Aqua Recoil (0 damage water= heal 5, 0 damage earth=+10 courage)
+ 2 Swarming Destruction (5 damage, 5 earth damage and 5 water damage)/Charge of the Brave (in which case keep the Evaporize)
if you switch Tackle for Charge keep the Projections, Charge is better then Tackle.
With the amount of Element 5s you have equiped on your creatures I’de go with Swarming thou.
I agree with you on most of your changes. I probably shouldn’t have been so lazy when it came to the attacks, but like I said, I’ve been using that attack set up ever since I started to use my danian stackers. I will most certainly incorperate those into my actual army. ^_^
I would try and stick a Nimmei with a Torrent of Krinth in there because of all the Mandiblors you will have on your side
I could see that working. It would just take a bit of work to find out what the best place to put him at. If you did go with him then I’d park him right next to the queen, to force your opponent to battle him. He might even be good to replace the second Drazz. My only concern would be if someone regrouped and attacked my mandiblors, then worked back to Neimmi (how ever his name is spelled).
Illexia giving your creatures Defender should help you to avoid being surounded and even if your opponent starts taking out your mandiblors he will probably have destroyed Nimmei already or you will get a chance to fight back
DANIANS ROCK! ( little pun with rock… i’m such a nerd…)
